There is a lot to integrate. Changes went fast. Life seemingly carried you somewhere different, and to a complete revaluation and overhaul of things. You have been moved.
The month of May pushed you hard, even. Wave after wave ~ release of patterns or of ‘old’ things, movement toward more light.
A real momentum, it has been. No pause, almost no rest to realize fully the changes in the wind.
Change happened fast but without that much thinking or back and forth. Almost unnoticed, flowing, because it felt certain.
Now breathe, take your time. You have moved so much already. Rest a little.
Integration, self-care. So much is transforming... and you are still there, whole, soul led, centered, never lost, lighter, ready.
