Being limited and stagnated, feeling unhappy and dissatisfied does not serve anyone here, as we already learned!
I called it OWP - Old World Programming.
WE are living through exciting times - shift of consciousness!
OWP contributed to our collective state of being - HEALTH and HAPPINESS for sure.. and that is why we want to have a good look at it, not to rage about it, and not to get stuck in it.... but to acknowledge it and to position our SELF in a place of POWER .

Here are just a few OWPs that we could look at:
OWP 1 -"Eat your breakfast."
The truth is -
Eating straight upon arising is not serving health. Body is coming out of a resting mode and, just like you, it needs time to wake up.
Intermittent fasting is the best thing any of us can do, as it puts our human suit in to a self-healing mode.
When we practice prolonged periods of fasting, we offer our body a chance to self-cleanse and self-restore.
Our miracle bio-machine - Body - loves it when we "earn" our breakfast (first meal).
When moving (walking, jogging, working out, swimming, rebounding, yogaing around, etc) comes before eating - we find ourselves in a totally different experience of the Self, not to mention the food tastes better and life feels more fun.

SELF ADJUSTMENT #1 - Skip breakfast. Drink a large glass of Warm Lemon Water upon arising instead.
In a few weeks of doing so, you will be thrilled about this small but powerful Self adjustment.
OWP 2 -"Avoid sun."
Sunlight is one of the most powerful healing therapies for human beings.
It effects our entire human system: DNA, cells, tissues, pineal gland, mood, vibration. Just like everything alive strives for the sun light, every atom of what we call Self strives to receive it too.

SELF ADJUSTMENT #2 - Get 10-15 minutes of sun light every day.
It is one of the best FREE healing techniques available on this planet.
OWP #3 - "Use sunscreen and all the other creams and lotions we produced."
Most old world sunscreens and beauty care are made with cell-damaging chemicals. These little "terrorists" build up in our tissues over the years, creating serious health problems later on in life.
Human Body is not designed to process chemicals. Many people who do not practice this AWARENESS find themselves unwell by the age of 50-60 when the body simply had enough. Br aware of the chemical overload!

SELF ADJUSTMENT #3 - Replace all chemicalized products with NATURAL ones - chemical-free.
It might not be possible to eliminate all of them, but reducing the amount makes a big difference in a long term.
AVOID chemicals as much as you can.
OWP #4 -"Drink milk for calcium and eat meat for protein."
If that was true, humanity would not be "sick, fat, and nearly dead" today. We would THRIVE and demonstrate epidemic HEALTH and JOY.
There is nothing more disturbing to a human hologram than body fluids and flesh of another sentient being. It interferes with our original blueprint, confuses our DNA, and messes up our state of being.
If we look at it from a vibrational point of view, it gets even worse - every time we consume those so called foods - we engage in ritualistic sacrifice, we unconsciously become a part of the darkness, feeding and strengthening it by our partaking in it.

SELF ADJUSTMENT #4 - Get on PLANTBASED diet as soon as you can.
It will HEAL you, cleanse you physically and vibrationally, it will alter your state of consciousness and will allow you personal access to clarity, good mood and better feeling of You.
Plants nurture our Body, feed our Mind, and keep us connected to the Spirit.

We can get plenty of calcium from PLANTS, such as
HEMP, CHIA, SESAME, ALMOND BUTTER, FIGS, ARTICHOKES, KALE, WATERCRESS ...to mention just a few.
Plant protein is more available and easier to digest.
LENTILS, QUINOA, OATS, AMARANTH, WILD RICE, CHICKPEAS, BEANS, NUTS/SEEDS, GREEN PEAS, SPINACH, SWEET POTATOES, ALGAE, CHIA/FLAX, NUTRI YEAST... to mention just a few.
OWP #5 - "You are not the center of the Universe."
This dis-empowering statement created a lot of confusion and left us feeling trapped, confused, and lost.
If You are not the center of your Universe then why every choice you make, every thought you think, every word you say creates such a powerful impact on the experience of Self? It all starts with You!
Your experience of reality depends on You, your choices, your vibration depend on You.
Did You ever wonder why in spite of the fact that we all seem to look alike - we all have two arms and two legs, one head and one heart, and yet we all have different experiences of life??? Everyone is having their own human trip, their own sensation of LIFE.

SELF ADJUSTMENT #5 - MEDITATION!
The more time we spend with what is called "me," spying on it. getting to know it, learning to love it - the more EMPOWERED and CONNECTED to the INFINITE INTELLIGENCE we get.
