Hello and Welcome to a new Episode of my Fanart Series.

Today we take a closer look at "Archmage Arius"

This Promo Card Summoner character design is on point. He looks like an cruel Archmage from a dark castle in
Transylvania.

When i started working on this Fanart i really had no plan where im going but step by step, a direction has emerged.

Here is my interpretation of "Archmage Arius"

Time for a rough Illustration Process:

My first sketch i do is always very rough. It is only a rough guideline for me what shape and proportions my illustration will have.

Then i work on a clean sketch with some more details. This two steps makes it easy to finish a clean and detailed lineart.

Now it's time for adding the colour pallet, than shadows and at last step the very important highlights and effects.
