It's been quite a month, well two, actually, and which have had an effect on my participating in a couple of things on Steemit on which I'd planned. One was #spud6.
This time, though, I decided that I would, and invoked all my witchy powers, thanks to Halloween, and here I am - on the eve of #spud7. With my wizardly help.
Happily time allowed and the spells worked and I was able to power up just over 30 Steem.
This powering up takes me back over the 1k Steem mark because in the last while I invested some steem though @dlease. I also delegated a little to the newly established @steemsa account established after @pennsif named @jaynie the South African regional representative for Steem.
Alas, I've not been able to power up as much as I did last week, as part of @streetstyle's #spud initiative because of a little lot less time to spend on the blockchain. But every little does help.
I plan to share a bit of the water wonders that have kept me so preoccupied in the next while. All the interest of, among other things, spuds.
There is nothing as delicious and as comforting as a homegrown new potato spud, skin scraped off, boiled with mint, to eat with butter and salt and pepper to take my back to my childhood.
