2 years ago i wrote my first ever blog, and first ever post on steem (and i can say it was a decent one. CLICK HERE TO CHECK IT OUT ) A week or so ago someone (sorry i forgot who it was) wrote about why time passes faster as we get older, and the theory was that as kids we learn and see something new every day (even few times a day) so we have a feeling that a lot happened. So that could be the reason that that first post feels like a lifetime.
From the time i joined, the price was on the rollercoaster, the 4-5$ a steem feels like it maybe even did not happen, that long it feels it was. Even 0.4$ when i first bought steem feels like ages ago.
When i joined there was steemit and busy. Dtube was a new thing and it was a really hard to get you videos up and running. There was no Steempeak, partiko, 3speak, appics, steemmonsters (ton of other daps that i forgot to mention). There was no steem-engine, tokens and tribes. There were no communities and SMT talk looked like a work of fiction (not out yet but they are testing it so :) )
Now when i think about it, every few days something new comes up in steem, some projects and ideas are still here, some died out, and there are a lot of them that i just missed and don't know they are here, and we are still a small ecosystem
Maybe it is true that events and new things affect our feeling of time passing.
I will not go into my journey in this two years as just 3 days ago i wrote this, so if you missed it feel free to click on the link:
