The work is a wood carving that was then painted with oil paint, its measurements are 42 cm x 17 cm, the figures of horses were made to stand out from the bottom, giving texture to the wood with carving tools and with the oil highlighted grooves and details.
The horses for me are beautiful animals, they are elegant, strong and agile. Represent them in a simple but proper way, looking for the way that was an artistic interpretation of my authorship and that was free expression. The horses have contrasting colors and the background is warm to enhance their beauty, and also because I like warm colors like orange and yellow because they represent light.
