Steem 0.14.2 has been released and includes some critical bug fixes. The hardfork date and time is unchanged and will still occur on Tuesday. All witnesses, seed nodes, and exchanges should upgrade by Tuesday.
Our team has recently upgraded our development process with formal and mandatory code reviews, automated integration testing before changes can be committed, and multi-factor (and multi-person) authentication on all commits to github. These measures are taken to increase the quality of our releases as well as the security of the network.
