I came across 3 new applications for Steemit that are located on the Google Chrome web store. How exciting is this!? Steemit is gaining ground quickly as new users flood in, Steemit remains ahead of the game while expanding fundamental information for all Steem users.
These were 3 different extensions that I found in the Chrome Web Store but when I went back to the site 2 more popped up, each one has a different function and obviously can be found within the Steemit platform or http://steemtools.com . These Chrome extensions are basic tools and "easy to find" tools that may help you along your steem journey.
The DAO token Steem price ticker (data from) Poloniex, allowing you to hover your mouse over the steem extension to view the following price feed at "current time."
- Steem > BTC
- Steem > ETH
- Steem > USD Tether
Steemification is an extension for Steemit notifications just in case you haven't played around with SteemTools yet.
The Steemit Upvote bot or as I like to call it, "The SteemBot" allows you to set up an auto-bot for voting while you're away or @steemfest, which I highly doubt you will need it then. lolz! The SteemBot allows you to set your prefered settings and may vary per user. Personally I will vote myself and keep my witnesses beside me.
Finally, we have the Steemit Assets Ticker using the price from coinmarketcap .
Using this tool will allow you to easily view the Steem market cap comparing Steem to Bitcoin to SBD with the volume changes.
