Beware of any suspect “upvote for money” proposal
Several users have reported to me a suspicious activity that they noticed in the memo they received with a micro-payment on their wallet.
I already warned you about several scam attempts (see bottom of this post for a list of them). Here is a new one.
Description
Account: @still-observer
@still-observer is spamming users with 0.001 SBD micro-payments having the following memo:
Up to now, @still-observer has already spammed users with 633 micro-payments
Confirmed scam
Out of all payment received by @still-observer with an memo containing a link to a post, only the first two have been honored with an upvote.
Many user complained to @still-observer and asked for a refund but got no answer. Instead of that, @still-observer has transfered the fund from his wallet to Bittrex.
This account has already been reported multiple times to me.
@still-observer previously spammed account with such notifications, but the account turned to fall asleep. However, I was still monitoring this account and noticed it waked up few days ago and started to send new micro-payments.
Preventive action activated
The account @still-observer has been put on the black list of my Warning-Bot and it will issue warnings with a link to this post, notifying users of the malicious activity of @still-observer.
