The Byteball Airdrop is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor and receive an award of up to $160! The app should be working fine right now, but if you still have an issue getting the attestation to work, I'll show you how I got it to work for me. The rewards are based on your Steemit reputation score, it doubles with each level and it goes like this:
Download the Byteball wallet (If you don't already have it installed)
- If you're new to Byteball, click this link to download your very own Byteball Wallet Once installed, you can find your receive address by clicking the "receive" tab at the bottom next to the "home" icon. Copy that long string of letters and numbers beneath the QR code, that's your receive address. Post your key in a comment below and I will send you the 50,000 bytes fee necessary to get your account up and running.
If you already have the wallet installed
If you're not new to Byteball and already have your wallet installed and want to complete the attestation, click here to open the attestation bot.
Once you see the 50,000 bytes in your account, click the "chat" icon at the lower right. There you will notice a "Bot Store" tab at the top, click that. That will take you to a list where you can scroll down to find (and click on) the "Steem Attestation Bot"
Here's where I got stuck
For 2 days, I could not see the instructions to complete the attestation. Then, thanks to some handy tips from @punqtured and @jwolf I was able to move past that blank screen and get my reward! So, if you see a blank screen, do the following:
If you're in the chat tab, click the "back" arrow at the top left, then select the "contacts" tab.
Select the minus sign "remove new device"
Go back into the Bot Store and click "Steem Attestation Bot" again. You should now see the instructions.
At the lower left, you'll find the blue icon with the "..." (see arrow) clicking that and choose "Insert my address (Small Expenses Wallet)" Then hit that paper airplane send icon on the lower right and follow the instructions to login to steemconnect. Once complete, choose to store your username in "public" so others can send funds via your username. Click here to learn even more. My main concern was to help get you past the issue that was preventing many people from completing this amazing airdrop. Byteball will also send me a referral gratuity for paying the fee to get you started.
Congrats! You've now completed the airdrop. Check the home tab in the app to see your reward!
