Have you ever wondered how many of your followers are real people? How many of them are active by posting and curating contents here? How many of those followers of yours are active but are not interacting in any of your posts? Do you want to see a list of who those Ghost and Dead followers of yours are? Or who among them are the most loyal to you? Then today, I will introduce you the perfect tool who can do all those sort of things.
Introducing Spectacles!
Spectacles is simply a Steemit Follower Tracking App. It tracks all your followers and tells you who among them are still active on the platform and who among them is not. It also lists who are the most loyal ones(upvoting and commenting on your blog posts) and who among them are only following you but never made an effort of interacting in any of your posts. With all these awesome features, I am quite surprised as to how only a handful of people seems to know the app's existence. Spectacles was made with love by @pilcrow and @sjennon.
How to use Spectacles?
Spectacles can be accessed at http://www.steemspectacles.com. From there, all you have to do is input the person you want Spectacles to go have a look to.
The Dashboard tells us two important things.
- The person's most loyal followers sorted by Interaction Frequency
- The person's most influential followers sorted by Effective SP
The Followers section will most probably be the most interesting part for us as it lists who among our followers are the inactive ones(Ghost/Dead). I've once asked @penguinpablo on one of his daily stat reports what is considered to be inactive(Dead), to which he said: Someone who hasn't made a transaction(upvote/post/comment) in a month. Or something along those lines. While Ghost followers are followers who made at least one transaction but never made an interaction with your posts.
In this section you can see how many of your followers are considered Ghost and Dead. It also lists who those people are along with their Effective SP and last well known transaction.
The last section is the Upvote. Here you can see the complete full details about your Top Upvoters. Such as the number of times they have upvoted you, the total $ upvote received and their current effective SP.
