It has been very different. I think there has been less interaction, but the interaction has also been different, different users upvoting and sometimes commenting. Perhaps that shake up will improve things in a week or two, but right now it feels like an empty building, an after-the-party sort of feeling. It could be a before-the-party kind of feeling though.
Since the hardfork I had posted 11 times for a total upvote of $0.68 (figures may vary are are not to be taken as professional financial advice).
I saw one post, addressing this, saying that now is a time to continue posting with renewed effort because it will be easy to get seen and pick up followers. I don't think that is my take, because simply collecting followers seems a bit like a Seven Steps to Successful Blogging idea. I would prefer to pick up one follower whose own posts I enjoy.
But there was another post I saw, I think it was called it's all about the rep.
My 68 cents took me from a rep of 65.2 to one of 65.3, and I jumped from #514 to #505 on Steemwales.com

Using this site is a new thing for me, so I don't know how this progress compares to a pre-hardfork weekend, but, during this difficult time, it has offered me an alternative means of gamifying my writing processes. I am grateful.
On Saturday morning I wrote Hardfork Blues, and whilst I am not yet totally convinced, perhaps this morning, Monday at 8:23, I an a little more optimistic.
Although I reserve the right to hardfork my own opinions.
Blessings to one and all, thank you for reading.
