A friend, @kurtbeil, posted the following suggestion today-STEEMIT Design Tweak Proposal - Resteemed Tab. I was inspired to make a suggestion of my own!
I am certain this is a feeling that many STEEMians have - what to do about posts that you are less than proud of, or resteems that you made too hastily? We always want to put forward our best work at all times given that reputation is so important on in the STEEM universe. Perhaps you had an emotional night and posted something rather too "aggressive" about a fellow community member? Perhaps you posted something when you had one too many cocktails?
Although everything will always be available to people who wish to explore / investigate the blockchain, here in the STEEMIT interface, it would be nice to have the option to "HIDE" and "UNHIDE" posts. I also agree with @kurtbeil that we should be separate our resteemed posts, from our main body of work (of which this will be my first!).
Then, when we view the modified Blog Listing, we would see the following ..
I believe, in our collective effort to attract new users to STEEMIT, individuals having the option of "cleaning up" their past works, and separating resteems, would make for a much more streamlined, high-quality experience!
