My family and me have decided to host our Home back in 2015 November as we were looking for ways to generate some income. Living in Batu Ferringhi, on a Tropical Island called Penang is where our Guest Houses are situated, we currently have to offer 3 accommodations within Eden Estate located on an inclined Hill which is just 5-10min walk away from the Beach

Let's talk about Penang, the second smallest and arguably the richest state in Malaysia. Penang is steeped in history. A history reflected in its magnificent architecture, unique cuisine and interwoven cultural fabric. Recognized as a UNESCO site in 2007 Penang provides a look into the past of commerce and development of this part of Malaysia. Also they main reason why Penang has become such a popular tourist destination is because of..... FOOD!!
Penang was voted Top 10 Places in world for Street food by several publications and journalist! Don't believe me, well search it up because any Food Expert who has not traveled to Penang has not yet had taste of Paradise yet.

Malaysia is Truly Asia
Malaysia has population of around 33 Million People,
We are considered of the most unique Culture in the world because we are diverse melting pot of different ethics groups mainly consisting of Malays , Chinese and Indian, this means that you get to have of all sorts of dishes here Malaysia. Food sells in Penang, so you can expect cheap food and a lot choices when it comes to eating out!
Batu Ferringhi, known for its beautiful beaches, tortuous coastline, rugged jungle terrain and night market. Our Guest Houses are located a 10-15min short walk away(less than 500m) from the Beach, Night market and Public transit. There are also numerous shops and a bank in the central area. We are also a short bus ride away from Teluk Bahang National Park, for those who might like a hike and appreciate a green peaceful Scenery
Our Accommodations are Secure, Quiet, Peaceful, Ultra-Clean Houses with beautiful manicured garden. Located on a Quiet street in a neighbourhood with no throughfares; it is little wonder our Guests comment on how well they Slept
We appreciate the opportunity that was given to us through the Sharing Economy, without the use of Technology running a Guest house would be extremely difficult as it offers us a platforms to establish & grow our small Family business
What do i mean by Sharing Economy?
The Sharing Economy is a socio-economic ecosystem built around the sharing of human, physical and intellectual resources. It includes the shared creation, production, distribution, trade and consumption of goods and services by different people and organisations.
The 'Sharing' in the Sharing Economy refers to the use and access of shared physical or human resources or assets, rather than the fact that there is no monetary exchange. Without Airbnb, Homeway and other amazing Booking Networks, i won't have a comfortable life that i'm living today.
