I know that there is a never ending debate going on, on whether vote buying/selling is good or bad for steemit and whether voting bots are good or bad for steemit. I am not going to get into it. If it is good, we will get to use them and if it is bad the powers be will take some action to get rid of them.
Our main purpose of the "Success For All Minnows Support Project" is to help minnows get upvotes and some instant payments so the minnows stay motivated and active in the early days and as they grow they can become good bloggers.
One way to help them get some instant payments is vote selling as they can't sell their vote when they start with steemit because their vote value would be too low to join a vote bot and sell their votes.
To solve this problem we have created a discord channel for minnows with low vote value to join and buy and sell upvotes. of course, it is not exclusive for minnows with low vote value, others with high vote values are welcome to take part. I am not sure, but I believe we offer the best rates for both buyer and seller currently.
Steemians who are using vote bots or bidding bots, you can compare rates and take advantage of our service, if our rates are better.
You can join our discord channel here: https://discord.gg/9fp4XSW
For minnows who are going to buy/sell votes for the first time, here are some guidelines:
Once you join the channel you will notice that there are two #sub-channels:
#post-promotion and
In the #post-promotion sub-channel you can post your steemit blog post link for free. If the fellow steemians see and liked it, they will upvote for free. Here you can also do vote swap, in that case put the text "Vote for Vote" along with your blog link and when someone upvote your post, you have to upvote one of their posts.
If you want to buy upvote, then post your blog post link in the #upvote-buying sub-channel, make sure you put the maximum amount you are willing to pay for your post.
Sellers with big vote value, please check the post before upvoting to see if the post has already received upvotes and if yes, upvote for the difference by adjusting your voting power. When you are done with the upvoting leave a message e.g: "@successforall upvoted waiting payment". I have already sold some votes there. You will see my messages as seller there. For minnows with low vote value this should not be a problem, you can just upvote and get paid with your normal voting value.
How much to pay for upvotes?
Current rate we are offering is 87% of 2.75US$:1SBD. You post in the #upvote-buying sub-channel, only if you agree to pay the seller this rate.
Example: If you got an upvote for US$ 2.75, you have to pay 0.87BSD. Don't worry about the computation, we have put out simple worksheet for you so you can just plug in the upvote amount you got and it will compute the payout amount for you:

0.025
0.004
0.028 Pay this value SBD to the upvoter
Whom to pay?
You pay the upvoter directly. If I upvote your post, then you pay me - @successforall.
Not sure how much you got in upvote and from whom?
Here is another tool that comes in handy: https://steemblockexplorer.com/ visit this site and enter your steemit username in the search box there and press enter. Bang!!! All the info about your account is there including who voted your post/s.
Want to see for how much they voted? Click on the clickable link they voted - listed along their name. You will see all the people voted and the amounts listed there.
Minnows(Steemit Newbies) Helping Minnows. Success For All Minnows Support Project.
One of the big problems with the steemit newbies(Minnows) they get started with a lot of enthusiasm after looking at the payout amounts in the posts in trending and hot posts, hoping that they can get at least a fraction of it. But, when they post their posts at the beginning as newbies, lacking the support and following of big account holders, all they get is a few pennies and a few upvotes, if they are lucky. Discouraged and heartbroken they leave the steemit never to come back. Some of them stay a little longer hoping for whales and other big fish to help them. That rarely happens.
What we, minnows, have to do is to take pro-active action, help each other and grow fast. How can we help each other? There are many ways to do it such as upvoting, buying and selling votes from minnows. Sharing ideas and strategies to grow our accounts fast. But in order to do it we have to form small communities and grow together.
"Success For All Minnows Support Project" is such an initiative. You can find out what we are trying to do here:
