Hello All Dear Steemit Friends,
Friends here on steemit everyday a lot of new Minnows are Joining and doing their best to get some attention of this big Community but most of them can't get the attention that their hard work deserves and that's why after a lot of struggle they just left steemit,
And this is the most painful part for me because some of them are very good skilled and talented people but they leave just because of the lack of support by the bigger and established Community and because of this steemit loosing so many talented people everyday,
The one thing that i noticed most on steemit is when a small user post something on steemit by doing a lot of hardwork then most of the time no one actually open his/her post because they see the rewards and Reputation of other users and totally forgot that at some point of time in past they are also a minnow and how they feel when they post something new by a lot of hardwork and even after seven days they got $0.00 and no comments,
I seen that on steemit 50% users only upvote someone who can potentially give them Support in return and that's the main problem here because their are not so many big whales availabile and most of the majority has low steem power and they just Supporting and commenting to those who already established here long ago,
And the second thing i noticed most of the time is when any big user find any Undervalued post and he/she Appreciate the post by some upvote then a lot of the people also started upvoting the author but that is just a temporary thing because when next time the same author post anything good then no one from the last upvoters actually see his post because this time the big whale didn't upvoted him,
So basically people are Supporting only those who got attention of whales or getting big upvotes because they thinks that if they support the user when he/she is small and then after sometime when that user increase his power then he/she going to support them back,
So basically people are only Supporting someone for a future return and very few of them are actually Support someone without any personal reasons.
So all i am trying to say is please help others also because they need your help to show the world their potential and don't forget that you was also a minnow when you started here.
So keep Supporting and keep steemit a lovely place for fellow members.
