STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #23 - Donuts with Honey and Sesame in Syrup.

Hello friends!! Today I decided to take part in the STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE. The theme of this week was Japanese cuisine. I like to cook different pastries and so I decided to make Japanese donuts with honey and sesame in syrup today.

Japanese pastry is distinguished by its originality and beauty. Donuts on the Japanese recipe are very delicate and delicious. Preparing donuts will not take long. Honey gives the dough a spicy and very bright taste, and sesame seeds complete the taste of donuts.

Recipe

Ingredients:

Flour - 2 cups

Honey - 2 tbsp.

Water - 100 ml

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Sesame seeds - 3 tbsp. Spoons

Salt - to taste

Sugar - 1 glass

Soda - 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil - 3 ml

Preparation:

Sesame seeds fry in a dry frying pan.


Beat eggs with honey and salt. Add water and stir until homogeneous.


Sift the flour with soda and mix everything thoroughly. Gradually add flour mixture to the egg mixture.


Knead the dough and divide it into several equal parts.


Each piece of dough a little press down to make a small donut.


Donuts fry in vegetable oil. Prepare the sugar syrup. Then dip the donuts in syrup and sprinkle with fried sesame seeds.

Ready donuts are served immediately to the table and you can enjoy their taste!
