Hey everyone,
I'm heading to bed soon but I need to do my update. So I took a LOOOOONG walk today, ate fairly well and my stomach is starting to adjust to less food. A decent start but still have a ways to go. Obviously we didn't lose much weight in a day. I am a little closer to 301 than 301.5 and I'm wearing a sweater so I'm calling it a win :p
