It's been one year now, when I bought a new kitchen aid a Vitamix 300, a 2 PS Power Blender.
Since then I prepared uncountable Smoothies, Nicecreams and a lot of other awesome dishes.
The Green Smoothie is one, if not THE BEST way to get a rich, nutritive, healthy, easy digestible meal, that is quick and easy prepared and is absolutely delicious.
You take some hands full of green leaves, like wild herbs, spinach, kale, cabbage or what ever you have at hand, and some ripe fruits of your choice, like bananas, mangos, dates, grapes, lemons, papayas, apples, or what ever you want and blend it up in the blender.
You better take a power blender with 2 PS, because only then the texture of your smoothie will be smooth and the cell walls of the greens, which are packed full of chlorophyll, proteins, vitamins and enzymes, will be broken up enough to get those rich nutritions.
Chlorophyll is rich in biophotons, in which the sunlight is stored, that our cells need to communicate with each other, and the molecule of chlorophyl resembles very much that of the hemoglobin in our blood. The chlorophyl has a magnesium atom in its center, and the hemoglobin an iron atom. That's the reason why it is so easy for us to get the magnesium out of the greens, and quick transported to anywhere we need it in our bodies.

The best way to start in a day and to get rid of any health issues is to drink half a liter of green smoothie in the morning, and even during the rest of the day, to get all the nutritions your body needs and to detoxify at the same time.
My favorite green smoothie is with purslane, banana, mango and pomegranate. I always add a slice of lemon or lime and sometimes some linseeds.
You can always decorate it with some grains, fruits or flowers to make your mouth watering.
