Sashimi - Itadakimasu - Entry 02 for Steemit Photo Challenge #16

Hi Steemit,

yesterday was the first time, my wife and I went out in the evening together, without the kids, just the two of us.
We went to our favorite Japanese restaurant Ochi no Sushiya in Wiesbaden to eat some edamame, sushi and sashimi.
This little sushi bar is really extraordinary. Anita Sankaran, who has Indian origins, can be counted as one of the greatest slow food artists in the Rhein-Main region. She is a master of sushi creation and regales her customers with her own supreme sushi and sashimi creations, which she always prepares fresh on order directly in front of her customers.
Absolutely delicious!

Itadakimasu
(Which not only means Enjoy your meal, but also expresses the thankfulness and appreciation for the lives of the plants and animals that gave their life to nourish us and the persons who were involved in all the needed processes.)

Gochisousamadeshita
(Which means Thank you for the great meal, and includes also the appreciation for the people who were involved in the preparation processes.)

Stay steemed!
Love, Unity & Abundance
