By doing a ritual hand washing after using the washroom, waking up, or a few other specific times, and then by making the appropriate blessings of thanks, it enhances the connection of all people to the original image... It also makes a higher connection between the rich and the poor...

This is a public washroom in the Old City of Jerusalem.
