Why do I crave for Bicol Express? Why the heck not? Let's bring the heat with this spicy Bikol Express cooked at the carinderia. I could eat Bicol Express every day. Oh man! I love it when it is super spicy. 3 extra rice aint enough with Bicol Express. Yeah it drove me nuts everytime I eat Bicol Express. What made me so addicted? The fresh extracted coconut milk and the pork fats haha. Even gods could say no to Bicol Express. I want Bicol Express not only as a main dish but as a "pulutan" too. As you can see the viscosity of the food is less viscuss because it's hot. Cold or hot is all good. Well I guess Bicol Express is like a drug to me. My appetite for eating is now my hunger pain lol.
What makes Bicol Express so special? Well the dish itself has a good aroma. Once you smell it, you would want to eat it right away. Once you taste it you would say "whoa so hot" the spicier, the better. Oh god! Now I want it so bad.
Let's say I had a wife. I would want her to cook Bicol Express at least twice a week. I would never ask her to use processed-canned coconut milk and it should be super spicy. If we had a kid then make a non-spicy for them kiddoes lol.
Seriously I don't like eating rice. I prefer burger, pizza and spaghetti, but when I eat rice with viand, I will never stop like I'm running from the cops.
