Steemprentice is the mentoring/help initiative that's been assisting new or struggling Steemit users by answering questions and/or providing feedback to better understand or achieve more success on the site.
The idea of this hangout is to continue this trend outside of the #steemprentice channel in steemit.chat. Anyone is welcome to join, but if you have questions or topics you would like to hear answered or discussed, simply put them as a comment on this post.

The next Steemprentice Hangout will be Sunday Nov 13th, from 2-4 pm CST: hosted on Beyond Bitcoin Mumble. Click here for instructions on how to download this program and join us.
This can range from anything such as explaining Steem/Steem Power/Steem Dollars, asking for clarification on the upcoming changes the witnesses will vote on next week, what's a witness, so suggestions on a specific post of yours that you feel should have done better. There's no question off limits and you don't even have to have a Steemit account to join in should you have friends or family that might be on the fence about joining. This is focused on providing another way to provide help and further understanding for existing or perspective Steemit users.
What Questions Do you Have on Steemit, Cryptocurrency or anything?
@officialfuzzy has graciously donated a voice chat channel on the Beyond Bitcoin mumble (the voice chat program) server to host this event. This channel is also available for other users simply hit record and be able to create non-written content such as podcasts, poetry readings, discussions, interviews, or anything that you can imagine.
Here is the first Steemprentice Hangout where we covered the most frequently asked questions we've heard in the mentor/help group and then got into great discussions on recent changes and directions we would like to see Steemit be able to go in:
[NOTE: Any Steemit users can make use of this room for recording poetry, discussions, interviews, podcasts, music, etc. This is a great option for creating content outside writing itself. You simply hit record and the audio file when be put on your desktop when ended.]
