Greetings fellow steemians, hope you're having a great Sunday.
Since my last post @unusualconcept/fellow-musicians-brainstorm-time, I had decided to create our first "classifiedzine. The referred post was published in a strange hour, therefore having just a couple of likes including my own... oh well live and learn. I guess i was carried away and took no notice to the time i was posting it in order to get the community more involved. Also, I've been inconsistent, in and out, and that also took a toll on my visibility.
Anyway...
This post will be about one of my partner (Pedro) songs, we've been recording some voices and working together, and we could use some outside collaboration in the form of poetry inspiration. That's what the contest is all about, it's a call out for you inspired poets to help us find the best matching lyric to our soundscape :) The theme/concept will be "order in chaos" which is also the name of the song. There will be rewards for the top poets, and the winner poem will serve as inspiration and adjusted to the song's metric and soul.
Rewards:
1st place: 5.00 SBD
2nd place: 3.00 SBD
3rd place: 2.00 SBD
Rules:
You must include Musical Poetry Contest "Order in Chaos" in your title.
Share the link in the comments of this post, to help us find your entry.
Like and share our post, that's important to get some part of the reward.
Ît's our first contest so any suggestions would be nice. Also, make sure you listen to the music to better understand the soundscape for your poem.
This is the song for the competition, still an exciting work in progress:
We'll be looking forward for all your entries and please please please please resteem, comment and like, we don't know how this will turn out, but anything's possible, and this can be just the beginning of something.
All the Best for you all wonderful folks!
Latest music posts, listen enjoy and let me know what you think :)
