I went through hell to get these results.

Don't attempt any of the measures I employed without consulting your doctor first.

If you attempt these protocols you will be cold, exhausted, and HUNGRY; all the time.

After anticipating how utterly brutal this regimen would be, a 2 week experimental window was attempted.

Imagine being cold and hungry from the time you wake up until the time you fall asleep.

Rough doesn't begin to describe it...

Yet SO worth it.

Home thermostat set to 59 degrees and every shower you take is cold. Not lukewarm, COLD.

The only foods you can eat are protein shakes, spinach with cheese and salad dressing, and chicken with garlic and white onions.

As much as you want, but only those foods.

Steam room, sauna, and hot tub are permitted, but then you get in that freezing shower immediately afterwards.

Did I mention not lifting any weights or doing any cardio workouts in those 2 weeks?

Those ten lbs of fat were conquered strictly through diet and cold exposure alone.

Working out 🏋 will very likely IMPROVE upon those results, but for the sake of the experiment, those variables were left out.
