Yesterday morning I woke up to see snow outside, the first snow of the season. As I said in my yesterday's post, I went for a walk and to take some photos because I knew the snow won't last. Rain has been already predicted and the weather was so mild that it would have been impossible for the snow not to melt.
I know this park inside out, I know where and what to photograph already. These lovely red berries were still there, partly covered with snow, which makes the photo more enjoyable.
A pine tree covered by snow. These prickly tree branches can hold a snow very well. @horpey, here's a snowy Christmas tree for you, you just have to decorate it :)
This is different kind of pine, with a lot less snow, but it's still my favorite because of the long and thin thorn leaves.
I tried to photograph some snowflakes but it's a pretty hard task when the snow is blowing like crazy. Maybe another time.
Maybe this shot is better. There are a couple of snowflakes on a spider web, what's left of it.
This cute ivy is still green, climbing up. I'm curious to see how much time it can resist the cold.
At the time of posting, this bench is probably covered by water, melted snow, but yesterday looked great, half covered by snow.
