Two days ago, me and my friend bought plane tickets for Istanbul! I was so excited and I still am! I've been thinking if I should share this here on Steemit or not since there is still a month and a half before we go. We will be there for 5 days and I simply cannot wait.
A little disclaimer: the purpose of this post is not to brag about this trip, but to hopefully inspire some of you not to give up on this platform and to show you that some dreams really do come true!
I am someone who absolutely loves to travel. If I had all the money in the world, I would travel all the time. This summer I didn't go anywhere - sometimes it's hard to make plans with other people and actually make it happen. But I finally found someone I can seriously turn a travel plan into reality with.
When it comes to money, Steemit is my only source of income at the moment. The last time I cashed out cryptocurrency was this time last year. Then the SpectroCoin card I had wasn't available for use in Europe anymore and I couldn't find any card that I could order. Then I wasn't planning to cash out anything anyway, so I stopped searching. When I realized these travel plans are becoming serious, I decided to try the better way to cash out (out of two that I know are working for Serbia) and for this I have to say a special thanks to Tamara for all the info and help.
I am aware that this is not the best time to cash out cryptocurrency but I guess my YOLO mode is on! :D I have been saving up for a long time now and I don't want to miss this chance to visit Istanbul. So far we only got our plane tickets, which is also the most important thing for us, now we are looking at some hotels/hostels to stay at.
I am counting days until we leave and I can't wait to share my experience here on Steemit...
