#sublimesunday - Photos of Novi Sad

I took these photos a little bit over a month ago but for some reason, I never shared them. So here they are, in today's post for #sublimesunday dose of randomess. This tag was created by @c0ff33a and it's fun because it gives you an "excuse" to share anything you want, no matter how random or silly it might be.

This is a photo taken in Kralja Aleksandra street in the city center. I love the architecture of the buildings in the city center and those balconies always give a nice touch.

I shared photos of the Name of Mary Church few times already and again, architecture of the surrounding buildings is beautiful. The city center square, where you can see people walking around is called the Liberty square.

This is Dunavska street, the walking area with different shops, restaurants and other cool stuff. :) At the beginning of the street, at the corner, there is the main city library and the end of the street leads to the park you can see on the next picture.

Dunavski park is the most popular park in Novi Sad, probably because it's so close to the city center. It's a nice place to walk around or just chill. It is a popular spot for young people in the summer evenings where you can see many groups all over the park gathering, usually bringing drinks, sometimes even music. Maybe you noticed the similarity in the names of Dunavska street and Dunavski park - Dunav is actually Danube is Serbian. :)

I hope you enjoyed this mini tour of Novi Sad. I'll try to take more photos in the summer so you can get to know it even better. I like sharing photos of the city I live so close to and my country as much as I like seeing pictures and reading posts about places all over the world.
