[My weekly choice] Best doner kebab in Tirol is at Mr.Burger!

I've left Innsbruck just yesterday and I already miss this place. Call it cheap, call it junk food, whatever. I've discovered Mr. Burger just couple of weeks ago and go there regularly once a week ever since. And can't imagine my week without it :) Check it out!

Visually unappealing little orange tent

That's the first impression for almost everyone. I deffo looks like some cheap fast food. I mean..it kind of is :D But it's suuurprisingly delicious I gotta second that!

Magic is hidden inside!

But once you get over the fears and enter this tiny orange "hut", you discover whole new place. Heated up with electricity heaters and smell of spicy food is ever-present. They offer huuuge variety of kebab, durum and burger variations for super friendly prices.

Friendly personal

There's not many customers. I guess it's cuz of the disgusting orange color. But those couple who come are usually Turkish people. But even with those, it's almost always empty - that means you usually talk with the owner while she's prepping your food. And maaan she's kind! In that month she managed to tell me about her 2 beautiful daughters and their travellings in Africa and US! They used to volunteer in Uganda. Cool stuff. But what I want to say is that you really feel welcome in here. When it comes to variations of the durum, you can choose with or without a sauce and spicy or ...spicier :D I'm fine with the default.

12+1 for regular customers

For every visit, you get a stamp. Collect 12 stamps and you get a durum of your choice for free the next time. Easy math :) I'm working my way up to the first free visit and hope to get there in February :)

Eventually, after the pleasant discussion with the owner and a nice couple of minute walk to the place while enjoying the views, you end up with the rolled in and warm gold in your hands :)

This was my first #tasteem review and I hope you enjoyed it. It's not a fancy restaurant I'm showing you but I honestly don't know a person who doesn't like a nice crispy Turkish durum :)
