Hallo buddy ....

Did you know that the kedondong tree can produce an electric current? Believe it or not but that is the reality. Apparently the tree kedondong able to drain electricity.

More remarkably, it was discovered by a 15-year-old teenager. His name is Naufal Raziq, a child from Langsa, Aceh. The discovery was made Naufal at the age of 13 years. This interest arose when Naufal studied natural science in his school.

From the lesson he learned that starfruit, kedondong, mango able to flow electricity because it has acid content. When he first undertook the research, Naufal inserted the copper plate into the potato, he mentioned there was an electric current that emerged from his practice.

Not satisfied in that, Naufal then began doing research on the tree kedondong. And his guess proved, it turns out the tree kedondong have electricity.

Not only on the tree kedondong, Naufal also conducted trials on mango trees and star fruit trees. Since childhood Naufal admitted deeply admires Alfa Edison and BJ Habibie. It is this admiration that motivates Naufal to become a scientist.

How to generate an electric current from a tree kedondong?

The function of the fabric to absorb the smoke from the tree then deliver it to copper. Each tree hole produces 1 volt of electricity. One tree can be hollowed as much as 4 holes, meaning one tree can produce 4 volts. 4 volts can be used to turn on one light.

Great is not it?

Currently Naufal has helped residents in his village who are in trouble in supplying electricity.
