5 days ago, the account @theshadowbrokers started reposting their messages.
It wasn't really detected by anyone, or thought to be a fake account, which was my initial thought too.
If you don't know who they are, here's the current Wikipedia header:
The Shadow Brokers (TSB) is a hacker group originating in summer 2016.[1][2] They published several leaks of some of the National Security Agency (NSA) hacking tools.[1] Specifically, exploits and vulnerabilities[3][4] targeting enterprise firewalls, anti-virus products and Microsoft products
Their latest post seems a steemit exlusive!

I had a look at the profile, and checked the BTC address there - it's the "official" shadowbrokers address. And they tweeted the steemit links! 15k views at the time of this post!
Enough for me to regard the account as legit until proven different. But just check it out yourself!
