It was a hot summer of 2010.
I'm with my wife first came to Greece to the island of Crete. We arrived in the evening.
We settled into an inexpensive Coral Hotel and immediately fell to sleep.
In the morning we were met by a gorgeous sunrise and excellent views from the balcony of the hotel room.
After a late breakfast we began to explore the city.
Roussou Koundourou is the main tourist and commercial street of the city.
Wall decoration of a house.
The urn for the cactus.
From the street of Nik. Plastira there are stunning views of Lake Voulismeni, which is a visiting card of the city.
The embankment of the city.
The streets of the city, one of which I showed earlier.
Evening Agios Nikolaos.
The city continues to live in the evening and late night.
There are many souvenir shops in the city.
Cafes and restaurants are everywhere.
Someone tells a friend what fish he caught today.
Someone is busy with serious matters.
But all is well and calm.
The seaport of Agios Nikolaos late at night.
The monument of Horn of Amalthea.
Night view of the city.
And in the morning we saw a beautiful sea landscape again.
Thank you for travel with me.
