Today I'm going to show you pictures taken at the end of the year during our stay in Alsace in my in-laws.
These photos were taken at Mont Sainte-Odile in Bas-Rhin, where there is an abbey founded by Sainte Odile, patron saint of Alsace

We usually go to Mont Ste Odile because it is a spiritual high place in Alsace, and we go there for the beauty of the site and especially the high energy that emerges from this place.
The religious aspect doesn't bother us at all, we only keep the spirituality which knows no religion ;-)
Nous nous rendons habituellement au Mont Ste Odile car c'est un haut-lieu spirituel en Alsace, et nous nous y rendons pour la beauté du site et surtout la haute énergie qui se dégage de cet endroit. L'aspect religieux ne nous dérange aucunement, nous en conservons uniquement la spiritualité qui elle, ne connait aucune religion ;-)
That day, the weather was desperately dark and cloudy, and we thought we might find a little bit of sun by going in the vosges mountains but it is just 760-metre-high peak and the humidity and fog was really high ;-)
Ce jour là, le temps était désespérement sombre et nuageux, et nous pensions trouver éventuellement un petit rayon de soleil en nous élevant un peu en montagne, mais nous n'étions qu'à 760 m et l'humidité et le brouillard était vraiment hauts ...
