Travel to China. Part 4.


Today I want to tell you about a very interesting restaurant in Beijing ...
We decided to walk around the shopping malls, went to different magazinam- compare prices in China with prices in Ukraine in the food and clothing. Soon, we wanted to eat in a nearby restaurant that we went to surprise us because we did not know how to order food and how to eat. Then he explained to us what this restaurant and how to behave here.
We were told that it is necessary to begin to choose liquid (water). It is sweet, sour, spicy, sweet and sour ...
We chose the spicy, because it is very like spicy food. After that, we were offered different products (meat, vegetables, fruits). We do not immediately understand why this is necessary but it is certainly chosen one himself that he wanted to try.
Then we were seated at a table and unusual, and explained why the buttons on the tables. It turned out to be an electric cooker, a button is a control panel. Then we brought the water in pans cloudy in appearance and spicy taste and the products that we ordered. The waiter said that we are now in the role of chefs and that we cooked and then we eat. This was unusual.
The water began to boil, and we started to cook our food. It was a thinly slicing meat, crab sticks, green, strange vegetables like potatoes.
If I was familiar with these products, I would understand at what temperature and how long it takes to cook. I do not much like it, the food was tasteless. And our friend ordered the most spicy water, he regretted it :)
