One of dozens of waterfalls we stopped at along our Icelandic roadtrip. The sky was blue and warm, and the breeze blew water at our faces! You could hardly hear anything over the roar of the rushing water. The river was a deep grey and surrounded by rocky hills. The colors of the rainbow stood out so beautifully against the dull water.
There were no ropes or boundaries, so you could get as close the high cliffs edge as you wanted. Jumping around the rocks was fun. It was so loud and so beautiful, especially with the full rainbow that covered the sky!
