Three days ago, @battleaxe challenged me with the 12 Questions made popular by @hobotang. These are my responses. Thank you for challenging me, hon.
1. What 3 meals would (you) have before heading to the International Space Station?
- For breakfast: Eggs, bacon, pancakes and yogurt
- For Lunch: Greek Salad
- For Dinner: Arroz y habichuela con chuletas (Rice and beans with porkchops) with a dessert of Dramamine (don't want to blow chunks on my fellow passengers).
2. What section of the newspaper would you be?
The Editorial Section (I am argumentative and can be just a bit opinionated).
3. If you were immortal, what age would you choose to stop aging at and why?
Probably at the age of 19 when I was in the service. I was in great shape. I mean look at this picture! What a good looking guy! Who could not fall in love with that mug? I really should of went into modeling or show business.
4. What sport would you compete in, if you were in the Olympics?
I never participated in much sports during my life except for the occasional ball game or combat soccer (sort of like rugby). It would probably be a running event, maybe cross country. I have always been very good and very fast at running (probably all the experience from running away from bullies when I was a kid.)
5. If you had to go back in time to live the rest of your life where/when would you go?
Back to the day I was born in 1961 and start all over again.
And remember, no matter where you go, there you are.. — Confucious
6. If time and money were no barrier what would you create?
A Utopian society (Impossible, but would be worth the effort). I, of course, would save enough of the money to leave when finished so I would not ruin the society.
7. Have you ever completed anything on your bucket list?
The simple answer is no. Only thing I have ever wanted to do is be a decent human being. Still working on that.
8. What would be the most surprising scientific discovery imaginable?
That we are all actually no different than all the all creatures in the world (would really be rough on the human ego for sure).
9. Are you a good witch or bad witch?
Get out! I don't believe you even asked that! Call an exorcist... I am now lighting candles. Oy to the Vey!
10. If you had to teach a class on one thing, what would you teach?
History
11. Which band/artist – dead or alive would play at your funeral?
Would have to be my new favorite band, Spawn (a SKA punk band).
12. What book, movie read/seen recently you would recommend and why?
That would be Enders Game by Orson Scott Card. If you read the book critically, you will understand why.
Rules:
When I first wrote this post, I didn't intend for it to get around so quickly! So, after reading a few other challenges on Steemit (and getting a little inspiration from @catweasel), I've written a few 'rules' to guide new people who want to try this challenge themselves.
Copy the questions into your own post and answer them as honestly and creatively as possible!
Tag the original poster, @hobotang, and the original post.
Use the tag #twelvequestions as one of your tags.
Challenge at least three friends with an @ tag.
Be sure to copy these rules into your post.
