When it comes to writing, I have many ideas. Unfortunately, I don't always carry them out. This is either because I do not have a roadmap to approach the topic of interest, or I am simply too lazy to want to put forth the effort to draft and publish the content.
When I joined Steemit, I told myself I would be a hobby blogger and just be peripherally involved with the communities here. Almost five months later, I find myself entangled by the platform and its people than I intended to originally.
That's not necessarily a bad thing as I still try to find a balance between keeping myself entertained while not to be engulfed by the drama that takes place on the blockchain. Well, at least the drama on Steem tend to be top quality. I don't think you could find a place where people are just as much in disarray as they are tightly-knitted together.
For me, the Steem blockchain and its related dapps are only fun when I feel like I am not obligated to participate, create contents, etc. It's similar to how I treated Hearthstone, I only found entertainment in the game when I am genuinely enjoying it.
The moment when I felt I "have to play it because gold or whatever", that is when I take a step back and say, "see you later!"
Oh, I'm not leaving. I am simply laying down the rules for myself and let others who care to read this know that I let myself loose on the platform under certain conditions. Anyhow, five paragraphs later, I will now get to the point.
There are two fun, and short, series I would like to get started within the next week or so. I have yet to decide the names. However, the topics that will be addressed in them are already laid out.
1. Obscure, or relatively unknown, games that I think gamers should check out.
2. Similar to how critics analyze fiction, this one will be focused on themes and/or reoccurring messages in an anime, or even comic, series. Basically, it will be looking at "nerdy" stuff.
I understand that these are niche categories, but the current series that I author, Abuse Series, is already a tight niche publication, and I would like to spread out and write about other things.
What about #ulog? Well, I am more or less a private person and I don't feel like divulging too many details about my personal life. My personal life is relatively calm and ordinary. There is no pizazz in mentioning myself daily, but there is plenty when we move on to topics.
