I was just coming back from a "break" in posting due to super typhoon Mangkhut and I thought I could use some time to catch up but this HF20 transition had a very good timing. I have seen posts about it prior to its going live but I have not really been paying attention. That was until I am not able to do anything on Steemit. I can not post, comment or upvote because as the error message says, I do not have enough Resource Credits. I thought I can get around by using a different tool to post like Steempeak, eSteem and others but I eventually laughed. It is the blockchain that is affected and not just one tool. So I wrote this article which should even be an entry to @freedomshift's emoji contest #4 but I was still not able to post before the contest deadline. The emoji arts are done so I am posting this anyway.
Edit: Before the scheduled posting kicked in, I saw the emoji contest #5 so this will be my entry to that contest. Yay!

While I wrote the draft of this post with my thoughts about the HF20 fiasco, I deleted a significant portion of the original draft. I think there is no need to keep ranting now. It will not help in anyway. Also, it does not help stressing over something that is beyond our control. VPs are coming back up and RCs are accumulating so there is no other way than move on. After all, it's the first day of a new month. Let's start anew and keep kicking!
