It's Been A Long Day - #ulog 1

Good evening Steemit friends!

I hope you're all doing well! Today I want to share my day with you as part of my first #ulog! If you haven't heard about the new tag, please check Steemit account @ulogs to find out more. To describe it briefly, I'll just say that #ulog and #ulogs tags were created for everyone who wants to share their day, as simple, basic, adventurous or crazy it might be. U in #ulog represents YOU so feel free to express and present yourself through text, photos and/or videos.

My day started with coffee, writing down some thoughts and ideas and watching some motivational videos on Youtube.

I also got to play with my nephew and his tool set.

Yesterday we went to a few family celebrations and we got some food packed for us to bring home so I had some of these for breakfast. Delicious!

In the afternoon, I went outside to read and catch a little bit of sunshine. We also had our neighbor for coffee.

I also spent some time in our garden, picked up some fresh strawberries (yummy) and took some photos that I am going to share soon! In the meantime, here is a picture of the roses in front of our house.

And we also have these pretty flowers.

Some other things I did today:

- Cleaned my room a little bit

- Got rid off some stuff, mostly makeup and beauty products

- Refilled my 1,5l bottle for my daily water intake

- Drank all the water

- Handwashed a few clothing pieces

- Deleted Facebook app from my phone

- Deleted a bunch of pictures from my Instagram account

The day ended up being quite hard for me and my family. It is a terrible feeling when you can't help someone you love. But I have hope and faith that everything will be fine! I might not be present online so much in the next few days.
