Refresher - What is Actifit?
Actifit is one of the first SMTs on the Steem blockchain, and the first of its kind to provide rewards for fitness activity (Actifit is Open Source on Github). We launched our platform 3 weeks back, and are overwhelmed with the community's response, yet still have a long way as we keep growing our platform and project.
Actifit rewards actifiters with Proof of activity, tracked via our mobile app (Android for now) which automatically counts your movement, and allows you to report on a daily basis, via submitting to the steem blockchain, your activity.
You receive reward for this activity via Actifit tokens, which are ERC20 tokens to be swapped to SMT, once SMT is officially launched by Steemit inc, but also via upvotes to your actifit posts via our @actifit account, currently at 12k+ SP via delegations from our amazing supporters.
So far, we have awarded over 150,000 Actifit tokens (AFITs) to more than 4,100 steemit accounts.
Actifit.io v0.1 Launched
Yesterday we announced that we are providing an interface for viewing your current token count on actifit.io, today we are excited to having upgraded this experience to have a landing page experience on Actifit.io. This is a very basic 0.1 version of the site, a lot of work still needs to be done here, but we are happy to be able to provide a basic interface for anyone interested in the project, with some stats and basic info.
This was made available via the help from @mkt, so a thank you is due. We will have further updates in the coming few days.
We already received couple of comments on the site by the community, which we fixed on the spot.

Joining Utopian VIPO Program
Another big milestone for Actifit today is joining Utopian VIPO program (Very Important Project Owner).
Today we finalized the discussions with the Utopian team, who have now included Actifit as one of their VIPO member. Via this program, Actifit will receive additional support from Utopian team, and will also whitelist its project for contributions under the categories of Bugs, Copywriting, and Visibility so as contributors under those sections could be eligible for Utopian upvotes.
We were already announcing specific task requests, and will be announcing more via utopian.

Not to miss on our daily top actifiters, yesterday we had another round of rewards to our actifiters.

@actifit account delegators earn daily Actifit tokens with a 1:1 match to their delegated SP, as well as a 5% beneficiary reward from actifit posts. Delegating 500 SP earns you daily 500 Actifit tokens.
