Steemit doesn't offer a tool to see mentions with the @-tag. The developers from Steemistry have created a great app that helps out with exactly that. Steemy presents the tool and shows some sample cases.
With the Steemit Mentions Tool you get access to a hidden pearl on Steemit: The mentions functions. Sadly Steemit is entirely ignoring this feature but with this tool you can find out who is mentioning who.
