I was standing at the Brudermühlbrücke (Brudermühl bridge) when I saw this dog fetching a stick in the middle of the river.
As soon as the dog retrieved the stick, he would quickly return to his owner, asking for more. He would be very excited, jumping around in joy, waiting for the owner to throw it once more... which he did, over and over again.
Fact is, the owner appeared to be a bit more tired than the dog. The little guy was relentless! All he wanted was to keep on playing. Until the end of times. Or until dinner, whichever came first. Ah ah! 😂
Many times the dog wouldn't realise exactly where the stick landed (😕) and the owner would throw a couple of rocks in its direction, information which the dog used (and gave thanks for) to complete his not-so-secret assignment.
Both of them were enjoying it... while the owner chatted with a couple of friends. Not a bad way to pass time.
This video was shot over the Isar river - which starts in Austria and runs through Germany, crossing Munich along its course.
