Booking:

Way easier than European airlines where you can't just change your flight if you pick the wrong one!

Check in:

Customs was a nightmare.

Boarding:

OK it was cramped and pretty uncomfotable.

However, given the alternative I'm just gonna go ahead and give it 10 out of 10.
