I visited the doctor Tuesday with my back problems, and before I got time to protest, she had given me a 100% sick leave for the rest of the week - meaning I'm basically not allowed to work (I did not want and feel like I don't need a 100% sick leave - I wanted 20%, still able to work, but taking breaks and going home early). Our social security is very good when it comes to such situations, we get 100% salary (normal salary - for some, the significant part of the salary comes from overtime extras, bonuses, etc) for a full year - two first weeks from the employer, thereafter from the state. I almost feel abit ashamed of having this right at all, considering @hickorymack that really needs a week or two or three of rest, but can't have it. But I digress - this post is not supposed to be about social security. I jumped on a bus after kinder garden delivery, got off nearby the forest, and spent large parts of the day today going for a hike in the forest (Østmarka). 120 photos taken, 24848 steps totally (I guess there are some 2000 extra steps taken while the phone was either in "ultra power save mode" or out of battery), and 3 geocaches logged. I'll spread it over some few posts this time.
It has been raining a bit over the last couple of days, and as it's late autumn it doesn't really get time to dry up properly. For me, Oslo is "far south", and there is still quite some power in the sunshine. The effect of the sun heating the wet terrain in the cold morning was stunning. I'll let the photos speak for themselves ...
