Nerd By Northwest #106 – “Moose on the Loose”

This is inspired by two real-life incidents. The first one is when last winter a moose wandered into a hospital in my hometown of Anchorage, Alaska. For those not living in moose country, having them wandering around town is actually a very common occurrence. When I was a kid we had a cow moose and her calf stroll into our backyard one summer and spend the day munching on our trees. Looking back, I probably failed to appreciate how unusual that stuff is for most other city dwellers.
The second one refers to the news story reporting on the Wendy's employee taking a bath in the kitchen sink. I worked a handful of fast food jobs in my youth with more than a few misadventures, but I have to give props to this kid because he topped them all. Kinda gross, but if you gotta get fired at least make it memorable!
