You must do it before leftovers of concrete get dried. It will be much more difficult to clean it later. First, you must put in the drum few shovels of dry gravel and turn the mixer on. The gravel cleans the drum inside like peeling for the face. When you skew the gravel out of the drum, put some water in, and leave it to work for few minutes. Then, pour the water out and - voila - job's done!
