RE: Steem Witness Roadmap for @jerrybanfield in 2018!

@steamsteem many of us are in agreement the witness page needs an update and I expect it will get a facelift at some point based on the feedback all of us collectively have provided! I think multiple links for a launch post and recent update would be nice!
