Since my previous book 50 Days to Understanding the End-Times More Accurately was enjoyed by so many, I thought that it may be good for me to release this one here as well.

This one is potentially dangerous, because I take a very narrow view on some serious issues.

These chapters are individuals, and not specifically organized. Though they are written to specifically address different facets of our faith, since the whole Bible is interwoven and each subject addressed is dependent upon much else recorded elsewhere in the Bible, many of these chapters complement and harmonize with the other chapters.

A variety of family, church, financial, and other subjects are addressed.

If I was to cite the overabundance of statistics demonstrating the poor results of our modern Christianity in the areas of marriage, holiness, evangelism, or passing on our faith to the next generation, I do not believe that any would deny that there are some very serious problems within “the Church”. However, if I was to suggest that these problems are the result of rejecting the clear teaching of God’s Word, and refusing to follow the simple ways of God, many would find such a claim to be preposterous. Is it?

The enemy of our souls is hard at work, attempting to deceive and destroy us. “Success” in our life here and the eternal rewards that our Creator desires for us can only be obtained by following His plan. True Christian success cannot be accomplished apart from Christ.

A "Christian" without Christ is just an "ian."

These simple ways of God are found solely within His Holy Word, and though they may have been hid from the wise and prudent, they are not too lofty for us to either read or comprehend. If you are willing to take up your cross, look foolish unto the entire world, and heed the commands as He has given them, then this is a book for you.

INTRODUCTION

God has a plan for each person that He has created. Ultimately, He desires us to have fellowship with Him and to glorify Him with our lives. Unfortunately, this is rarely the case, even among the redeemed.

Presuppositions, pride, assimilation into the culture, and tradition have all, in many ways, made the Word of God of none effect in our lives. Such should not be the case, and it is my aim to share with you the simple ways of God, and to have you receive them.

Though I will be to the point and make some very narrow statements, this is in an attempt to prevent the further compromise the truth (I think there’s been too much of that for far too long). The ultimate goal is to encourage, exhort, and edify, and not to condemn.
