Happy Holidays "Steemitzens", hope you all had a fantastic Christmas. I am back in the city now and Awkward moments continues, it has eclipsed it's 10 episodes projection and over; it is with great affection and pleasure i appreciate the weekly readers of this Untalented series where the happenings in the Real World are presented fictionally to pass some life messages to us all on the Blockchain.

"A GHOUL AT CHRISTMAS- YULETIDE PANDEMONIUM "
Ghouls and Goblins are monsters/evil spirits who preys and inflicts pains on humans. But figuratively speaking in today's episode; This Ghouls and Goblins exist in Human forms and this are the people and policy makers that causes Mischief in the Nation every Yuletide year in year out. To every souls and individuals responsible for this yearly Pandemonium, they are the Ghouls at Every Christmas!
Yearly at Christmas season, there is an unlawful tradition of scarcity of fuel/gasoline which spontaneously results in the spike/hike in every commodity and services in the West African Giant.
One way or the other, something somewhere would cause this brouhaha and throws the Nation into despair and disarray. By my count, every Christmas Period; at least more than five times i could remember since i have grown up into a man. something similar always comes up to mess up people's purses and wallets!
But on the surface, nothing seems to be the cause of this tumult annually. Sadly, the Government could not prevent this yearly occurrences which makes it a suspicious notion about who and what branch of the Government is responsible for this Mess.
So every year end, as a means of defense; citizens starts to stock up commodities right from the 10th Month, not just commodities but it goes deeper as people stocking Gasoline/fuel at residence area which sometimes results in catastrophes in the name of trying to avert a yearly incident. As earlier stated, this spike in Fuel prices affects the price of other things down to the price of Groceries at the stores, contrary to the traditions of massive discount during the festive season as experienced in other countries.
Transportation becomes a monumental task, a trip of 45 minutes now becomes a 4 hours or more and Taxi/Cab fares quadruple it's normal prices. Citizens doing interstate transit pays heavier prices just to see their loved ones, several even gets stranded on this interstates Roads.
How Awkward of a scenario can it be at Christmas when everything suppose to be more fun and lively but becomes tense and difficult? A Christmas Menace in a Country flowing with Milk and Honey(Figuratively)!
