Hola a toda la comunidad Hive, comenzando una nueva semana llena de dulzura para los amantes de esta rama de la cocina. Este fin de semana me atreví a realizar unos panes dulces, esponjosos y muy ricos. La preparación no es tan rápida ya que, como todo pan, amerita amasar por un buen tiempo, pero el resultado lo vale todo 🙂, así que vamos con los ingredientes y la elaboración de estos deliciosos pancitos.

Preparación:

Vamos a iniciar con todos los elementos necesarios para activar la levadura, por lo tanto agregamos en un envase la leche y azucar, batimos hasta disolverla para luego agregar la levadura y seguir batiendo.

Ahora colocamos la mantequilla y trituramos hasta que se disuelva un poco, luego agregamos el aceite y la clara de huevo, batimos muy bien hasta integrar lo más posible.

Seguidamente vamos incorporando la harina poco a poco y la sal, vamos revolviendo con una cuchara, cuando ya sea dificil por lo espeso utilizamos la mano, al principio será muy pegajoso pero hay que seguir amasando alrededor de 15 minutos hasta que la masa no se pegue a las manos.

La tapamos con una bolsa y toalla encima a fin de que no le pegue ninguna corriente de aire, la dejamos reposar por 1 hora. Después de ese tiempo ella crecerá un poco y ahora si la sacamos, colocamos en el mesón con un poquito de harina y comenzamos a estirar para sacar tiras largas.

Cada tira la vamos a enrollar como si fuera un caracol pero un poco plano. Luego colocamos en la bandeja y barnizados con la yema de un huevo. No tengo una brocha de cocina, así que mi hija me presto un pincel que nunca había utilizado y sirvió para cumplir nuestro objetivo 😉, pero antes de llevar al horno dejamos reposar por 10 minutos para luego llevar a cocinar a 180°C por 25 minutos.

Una vez listos mis panes de caracol, dejamos enfriar y podemos degustar estas exquisitez hecha en casa. 😋.
